Non-refundable

For hygiene purposes: personal items (such as underwear or socks), food items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

Items marked “not refundable”, "non returnable", or “not exchangeable”, being soiled or damaged (Example: size altered, washed, leather being oiled, worn garment...), Delivery and assembly charges are non-refundable.
